Heat Map Required Actions

Heat Map Required Actions in NC Management are used to specify the type of action that will be taken based on the Heat Map. The following default options are available when you create a new NC record. If needed, more options can be added or existing options can be removed or renamed:

• None
• Action Plan(s) Required
• CAPA Required
• CAPA and Action Plan(s) Required

User Rights

The above options are configured under SmartSolve’s List Manager. The following rights must be assigned to a user to manage or view the List Manager:

Rights	Description
LST_MANAGE	Allows the administrator to access the List Manager workspace.
